Dan Lefebvre, from Langley, BC is a woodcarver and awesome dad to two boys, who makes some pretty kickass art out of plain pieces of salvaged wood, and for his latest project, he decided to tackle his two loves; music and Pixar. To his family, the Pixar films are pretty special and he wanted to capture the memories of watching the movies with his kids, in a tangible form. Hence the Pixar guitar was born.
Here’s 200 hours of eye squinting, sawdust breaking, painstaking carving to make one hell of an axe he can play to Infinity and beyond.
You can check out more of his work on his Facebook.
