A puppy in Houston, Texas, has been betrayed by the people he loved and trusted. The year-old dog, named Thomas, was handed over to the BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions facility when his family decided that they no longer had time for a pet.

One year old puppy alert! Thomas thought he had found his forever home but now he’s at the shelter 😭 Please reach out if you can help him, before he ends up on the euthanasia list!
Adding:
Poor Thomas was turned in by his owner on 11/2, because all of a sudden they had no time for a pet. 😓 They had found him over a year ago as a stray puppy, so this guys been failed twice. According to their notes: Thomas has been around other pups and loves to be outside, especially at the dog parks.
